Sales → More → Customers → Capture Customer - Identify the application process corresponding to the mentioned functionality
- Workout what POS terminal configuration options are already available in the system to capture customer/loyalty at total pressed
- Enable the relevant configurations and broadcast to the POSes to see the changes
- Discover the processes that are involved in this flow when you press the total button
