Configuration Example
Appointment scheduling configuration is managed through the Enactor CRM module. Key settings include:
- Appointment types - personal shopping, fitting, consultation
- Duration settings - default appointment lengths by type
- Availability - store hours, staff availability, capacity limits

These settings are configured through the CRM application configuration rather than entity XML.
