Customer transaction history is configured through the CRM and POS applications. Key settings include:

  • History depth - number of transactions or date range displayed
  • Display fields - transaction date, items, value, store, channel
  • Search criteria - date range, product, value, transaction type
  • Cross-channel - visibility of online, in-store, and order transactions

These settings are configured through the CRM application configuration rather than entity XML.
