Configuration Example

Customer transaction history at POS is configured through the CRM module. Key settings include:

  • History depth - number of recent transactions displayed
  • Display fields - date, items, value, store, channel
  • Cross-channel - visibility of online and in-store transactions
  • Actions - reprint receipt, initiate return from history

These settings are configured through the CRM and POS application configuration.
