Configuration Example

Customer order functions at POS allow order management from the terminal. Key settings include:

• Order actions - create, view, amend, cancel, collect
• Order search - by order number, customer, date
• Collection processing - verify, pick, hand over
• Payment - collect balance payment at collection

These settings are configured through the POS menu, order management, and privilege configuration.
