Objectives

At the end of this session, you will be able to:

  • Understand the approach to receipt configuration in Enactor
  • Configure POS Terminals to use the required receipt definitions
  • Configure the required behaviour for receipts, including receipt reprints, gift receipts, and email receipts

Exercise 2 - Configure and Execute Email Receipt​

  1. Configure your POS to Prompt for Email Receipts: Printing - Flags - Offer to email receipt
  2. Broadcast the configuration to your POS
  3. A restart of the POS may be required
  4. Carry out a normal sale transaction
  5. At the end of the sale, choose email receipt
  6. Enter your own email address
  7. See if you receive the Email Receipt
