At the end of this session, you will be able to:

  • Configure diary entries to execute regular processes such as broadcasts
  • Understand and explain the purposes of the different types of logs
  • Understand the use of Log Alerts
  • Use the Estate Monitor to review the status of devices across the Retail Estate
  • Use Scheduled Jobs to view the status and progress of background jobs
  • Use the Service Status view to check the status of background services
