Exercise 1 - Transaction Enquiry

Using the Retail Transaction Archive:

  1. Search for transactions from your Store, carried out on your POS Terminal, on specific dates (e.g. yesterday/today)
  2. Can you identify any Refund transactions in the results?
  3. How can you find the details of a specific transaction?
  4. How could you reprint a transaction receipt?
