Course Overview

Objectives

The purposes of the course are:

  • To provide a grounding in key Enactor concepts
  • To instruct attendees on how to configure the Enactor solution, to support the delivery of a standard Retail POS environment
  • To introduce the processes required to manage and operate the Enactor estate

At the end of the course, you should:

  • Understand and be able to explain the overall structure of the Enactor solution, including the Estate Manager and Store components
  • Be able to configure the Enactor solution to meet the needs of a simple retail environment
  • Understand the sources of information available where reminders or further details are required
  • Be prepared for more detailed courses on specific areas of Enactor functionality, including deployment, integration etc.
