Prerequisites
Attendees should have a good understanding of Retail Systems concepts, particularly Point of Sale/Service and Merchandise Management. Completion of, or familiarity with, the Introduction to Enactor training course is recommended. Experience with integration technologies (REST APIs, XML, messaging queues) would be useful but not essential.
Infrastructure Requirements
This training will normally be held at the Enactor offices in Hertford. Enactor will supply all required infrastructure. Participants should bring their own laptops so they can get hands-on practice.
Participants will be contacted before the training takes place to confirm they can connect successfully to the training environment from their laptop. It is therefore essential that Enactor receives a list of the attendees and their contact details at least a week in advance of the training start date.
This training can be provided remotely if required. However, holding the course on-site is recommended if possible.
