Objectives

This course provides an overview of the Enactor Payment Solution, covering architecture, configuration, settlement, and troubleshooting. It is designed for internal teams who need to understand how payments are configured and managed within the Enactor platform.

After attending, participants should be able to:

  • Understand the Enactor payment solution architecture including P2PE
  • Review and follow the P2PE Instruction Manual (PIM)
  • Know the available payments support channels and resources
  • Configure payment devices, acquirers, card types, and terminals
  • Understand settlement processes and batch management
  • Troubleshoot common payment issues

Prerequisites

Attendees should have:

  • Familiarity with the Enactor platform and Estate Manager
  • Completion of (or equivalent knowledge to) the Introduction to Enactor course
  • Basic understanding of payment processing concepts (card payments, acquirers, terminals)

Infrastructure Requirements

This training will normally be held at the Enactor offices or remotely. Enactor will supply all required infrastructure including access to a training Estate Manager environment with payment configuration examples.

Participants should bring their own laptops for remote access to the training environment.
