Four guidance cards with teal left borders: Preparation Check -- Before starting deliveries, do a 5-minute readiness check with each pair: devices powered up, branding applied, at least one omnichannel journey configured end-to-end. The Omnichannel Narrative -- The most common failure mode is demonstrators jumping between devices without narrating the transition. Coach participants: every device switch should be explicitly introduced -- 'Now I'm going to show you what your customer sees on their phone in the same moment.' Scoring -- Use the same 5-point rubric as Day 7, with the updated criteria. Be specific and kind in feedback. The omnichannel delivery is genuinely harder, so acknowledge that in your framing. Course Completion Message -- After all deliveries, take 10 minutes to explicitly mark the end of the induction.
