Real-time inventory update as items are scanned -- store stock reflects instantly. Promotions fire mid-session -- customer sees savings before they reach the checkout. Age verification, weight checks and staff intervention flows are all configurable. Bottom callout: Self-scan is a strong visual -- have participants walk the room while scanning items, just as a customer would. The mobility is the message.
