Course Overview

Course Objectives

Enable partners to conduct presales engagements with prospective Enactor clients, including the following key tasks:

  • Setting up demonstration devices (POS, Mobile POS, SCO etc)
  • Preparing for demonstrations, including planning, configuring and scripting
  • Demonstrating Enactor functionality, including Store processes, Omnichannel, Configuration to Prospect Clients
  • Holding Functional, Configuration and Architectural workshops with Prospect Clients
  • Completing functional, technical and integration sections of client RFI/RFP documents

Who Should Attend

The course is designed for Technical Presales Consultants who are:

  • Experienced in Store Retailing concepts and practices
  • Ideally experienced in POS operations and technology

Participants are expected to attend for the full duration of the course (10 days).

Ideally, the course is designed for around 6-8 attendees. The maximum number of attendees is 10.

Prerequisites

  • EOD (Enactor on Demand) Estate Manager environment with standard configuration
  • Each participant should have a Windows or Mac laptop capable of running a standard Enactor Fixed POS application
  • Installation of required software will be part of the training course
  • Each user should have local admin rights on the laptop to allow them to install and configure new applications

Infrastructure Requirements

  • EOD Estate Manager environment with standard configuration, dedicated for the use of the induction training
  • Windows or Mac laptops for each participant
  • Local admin rights on participant laptops

Session Overview

The course is 10 days, run consecutively across 2 weeks. The course is normally run at Enactor premises, in Hertford UK, or in Sri Lanka.
