Step 3: Run the Installer

Installation:

• Place .ini and .msi in the same folder
• Run: msiexec /i EnactorPOS-x.x.x.msi
• Services registered automatically
• Config written to C:\Enactor\pos\config\enactor.xml
• Passwords encrypted after install

Verification:

• Check C:\Enactor\pos\logs\common.log
• Look for: "schema created"
• Look for: "Registering Work Item" (queue subscriptions)
• EM -- Active Subscriptions -- search by Client ID
• Device should appear subscribed to AllStores + Device queues

Warning: MariaDB must be installed and the local database created before running the POS installer.
