Edge Model: Estate Manager (Cloud) pushes config down to the Edge Server (:39901). Edge Server serves the POS UI to iOS and Android thin clients over LAN. Requires stable LAN -- settings-based config.

Native Model: Estate Manager (Cloud) provides config download on port :39833. Native App has a local DB on device and uses Serial Number registration. Works offline -- syncs later.
