Native Mobile​

Completely different app -- own local database, trades offline. Uses Registration Serial Number instead of manual settings.

iOS Native:

  • Install from App Store or Enterprise MDM
  • Trust certificate: Settings -- General -- Device Management
  • Tap serial number box on splash
  • Enter configured serial number
  • App downloads config from EM (port 39833)

Android Native:

  • Install native APK from Play Store (different from thin client)
  • Allow camera access for barcode scanning
  • Tap serial number box on splash
  • Enter configured serial number
  • App downloads config from EM (port 39833)

Warning: In EM -- Device Maintenance -- Registration tab, generate a Registration Serial Number. Set the Download Host and Port (39833).

Tip: Recommend Native for: outdoor, pop-ups, large floors with patchy WiFi, or when resilience matters. Transactions complete locally and sync when connection returns.
