Load order matters -- follow this sequence exactly:

Products --> Prices --> Selling Codes --> Inventory

Import via Estate Manager:

• Go to EM -- Import for each data type
• Products define the item catalogue
• Prices are per location or region
• Selling Codes link barcodes to products
• Inventory sets stock levels per location

Common Pitfalls:

• Prices stored in smallest currency unit -- GBP 35.00 = 3500
• Always test barcodes with a scanner after loading
• Broadcast data to devices after import
