Course Objectives
By the end of this day, participants will be able to:
- Plan - Map a prospect's retail vertical to an Enactor demo scenario and produce a structured demo plan
- Configure - Brand and product-configure an Enactor EOD environment ready for demonstration
- Script - Write a demonstration script that connects Enactor features to clear prospect value messages
- Test - Run a full pre-demo test and resolve issues using a structured checklist
- Deliver - Deliver a live demonstration with confident narration and effective handling of questions
Who Should Attend
This course is designed for Technical Presales Consultants working with Enactor partner organisations.
Attendee Numbers
Recommended group size: 4-10 participants (pairs for workshops and role-play exercises).
Prerequisites
- Completion of Partner PreSales Induction Training Days 1-6
- Access to an Enactor EOD (Environment on Demand) instance
- Familiarity with Estate Manager navigation
- Basic understanding of Enactor POS application
Infrastructure Requirements
Each participant requires:
- Laptop with browser access to Estate Manager
- Enactor EOD environment (one per participant or pair)
- POS application instance with connected peripherals (payment terminal, barcode scanner, receipt printer)
- Mobile POS device connected via Edge Server (optional but recommended)
