Session 2 Trainer Notes

This slide provides trainer preparation and delivery guidance for Session 2. Trainers should prepare 3-4 realistic retail scenario cards in advance with company size, vertical, pain points, and a curveball requirement. A one-page demo plan template handout should cover objective, audience, scenario description, key messages (max 3), demo flow, wow moments, and anticipated questions. During share-back, allow 2 minutes per pair with feedback focused on whether the narrative is prospect-focused rather than feature-focused. The timing note emphasises not compressing this session as it sets the strategic context for all subsequent hands-on work.
