This slide introduces the three-layer demo script framework. Every step in a demo script should address three dimensions: Action (what to click, which device, which transaction), Narration (what to say, how to signpost key moments, when to pause), and Value Message (why it matters to the prospect, how it links to their pain points, how it differentiates Enactor). The workshop activity has pairs write a full script for their demo plan and then swap scripts for structured peer feedback, with each step including all three layers plus estimated time.
