Estate Manager Configuration​

Account Credentials and Tender​

  • Create credentials with API key + HMAC key
  • Create tender type PaymentService
  • Enable Debits + Credits Allowed
  • Currency must match Adyen merchant account
  • Menu Set: add event PaymentServiceTender
  • Menu: add button with enactor.mfc.TenderId = PAYMENT_SERVICE
  • Assign roles: PaymentServiceTenderAllowed, PaymentServiceRefundAllowed, etc.
  • Exchange rate only if POS currency differs from tender currency

The menu and role configuration ensures POS operators have access to the payment service tender button and the appropriate permissions for payment and refund operations.
