TMS Monitoring
- Payment Device Host Status Maintenance
- General tab: PDC status
- Pending Commands: send logs to TMS, change log level
- Remote logs at:
<TMS log dir>/Pdc/<PDC ID>/
Agent App Logs
- Settings -> Enable debug logs
- Log Files -> Clear All
- Perform transaction
- Log Files -> select
adyen-agent-trx-log + adyen-agent-log -> Download
When investigating transaction issues, collect logs from both TMS (for PDC-side activity) and the Agent App (for device-side activity). Enable debug logging before reproducing the issue for maximum detail.
