TMS Monitoring

  • Payment Device Host Status Maintenance
  • General tab: PDC status
  • Pending Commands: send logs to TMS, change log level
  • Remote logs at: <TMS log dir>/Pdc/<PDC ID>/

Agent App Logs

  1. Settings -> Enable debug logs
  2. Log Files -> Clear All
  3. Perform transaction
  4. Log Files -> select adyen-agent-trx-log + adyen-agent-log -> Download

When investigating transaction issues, collect logs from both TMS (for PDC-side activity) and the Agent App (for device-side activity). Enable debug logging before reproducing the issue for maximum detail.
