Device will not connectVerify all SERVER_*_URL_BASE entries point to the correct IP and port
Device not in EM Active SubscriptionsThe Device ID in installer.ini must exactly match the Device Maintenance entry (case-sensitive)
SCO not entering kiosk modeCheck that SELF_SERVICE_CUSTOMER_USER=SCO is set and the SCO user exists in EM
CSS not applyingConfirm the stylesheet is assigned to the correct terminal and the device has been restarted
Firewall blocking connectionTry disabling Windows Firewall for initial setup; test by hitting http://[SERVER_IP]:39832/WebCore from the POS

When troubleshooting, always start with the log file at C:\Enactor\pos\logs\common.log and check Active Subscriptions in Estate Manager to confirm connectivity.
