Thin Client Setup -- Android​

Install: Locate the thin client APK file provided by Enactor and install it. Allow camera access when prompted (used for barcode scanning).

Configure: Tap the gear icon, enter:

  • Host Name -- Edge Server IP
  • Port -- 39901
  • Device ID -- e.g. mpos1@YOURLOCATION.enactor
  • View Type ID -- HTMLPosPDP

The Android thin client configuration is identical to iOS -- the only difference is the installation method (APK instead of Safari).
